Every year on October 23, families and communities around the world join together to raise awareness for Kabuki syndrome. Today, we honor the strength of our community: a global network of individuals and caregivers who continue to push for understanding, progress, and treatments.
Awareness means more than recognition. It means action.
The Kabuki Syndrome Foundation (KSF) is the global hub of resources and treatment development for Kabuki syndrome. We’ve committed more than $2.8 million to research, including efforts to advance seven potential treatments. With 16 active research grants across 25 investigators, we are actively driving treatments from the lab and toward clinical trials. None of this would be possible without the dedication and generosity of our community.
Your donation helps KSF accelerate research, support families worldwide, and connect researchers and clinicians with vital resources. Together, these efforts bring us closer to life-changing treatments for people with Kabuki syndrome. Every dollar fuels hope for our community.
You can fuel progress by donating $23 today to celebrate October 23, Kabuki syndrome Awareness Day.
Want to create more momentum for research or celebrate your loved one on social media?
We’ve created a variety of templates for social media that you can share or download to customize and highlight your loved one with Kabuki syndrome. Please contact us if you would like support in adding your loved one’s photo to the template.
Whether you’re wearing green, sharing your story, making a donation, or simply learning something new about Kabuki syndrome – you’re helping move this mission forward. Each action brings us one step closer to improved understanding and health for everyone affected.
However you choose to recognize this day, thank you for being part of this incredible community.
